Great hotel good value for money We stayed from the 21st over Christmas to the 2nd Jan so spent Christmas and new year here with our 2 children, staff were friendly and very helpful Food was great and accommodating for the kids too, when they weren’t doing food other places were recommended too Room was very spacious at the top of the hotel, they helped me up to the room with presents which was unexpected but I was really grateful for. We would definitely stay again
We went on a coach holiday there for a Monday to Friday in mid August. The hotel staff and their service was brilliant! We enjoyed a good menu of food. It was very hot at that time and there was a fan in our room which was much needed! There are bus stops outside where you can catch the shanklin, pop on and off bus. It's a steep hill, but its a short walk down to the esplanade and beach.
Perfect location, a lovely old charm hotel, with comfy beds and some rooms even have a sea view. A heated in door pool which guests can use for free. A very tasty breakfast served by very friendly staff. Will definitely be staying there again.
Had a lovely week stay! The rooms were clean and the view stunning, a mini fridge in the summer would be perfect for 5 stars. The breakfast everyday was freshly prepped and your Andy has made our mornings tons better, thanks Andy for sharing exactly our humor We will come back!
Excellent hotel. Unbeatable location and seaview from the window. We paid for a 4 berth family room. The room was on the top floor, we were surprised with the big size of the room. We also enjoyed the heated pool with our kids. Not to mention that breakfast was also included which made our stay great value.
Excellent affordable hotel. Friendly service and very welcoming. Great facilities including the bar and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. Couldn't fault it for the money we paid. Changing rooms in the pool areas (mens) could maybe do with a bench but apart from that it was absolutely fine.
A nice hotel, great location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool is nice, good shower in the changing room, nice and warm changing area. Our room was really clean, a good size bathroom too, plenty of room. Comfy bed. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk too. Breakfast choice was fabulous, an excellent choice of food offered. Breakfast was included in the price of our stay, which was really good value. Would definitely visit again.
Just got home from a lovely stay, had an issue with the shower taps, sorted out the next day. Staff very friendly meals delicious. Lovely swimming pool. The location was great as when having breakfast and evening meal over looked the sea. Would definitely come back again. Thanks to the staff who made our holiday special.
